Why should we ditch the dairy?

Another fabulous & informative post from the beautiful Mel! I’m allergic to dairy and it affects my skin with eczema & psoriasis so I’m always having to look after my skin as the after-effects last for weeks if I’ve accidently eaten dairy. There are so many alternatives out there. After I realised and then gave up dairy (opting for vegan cheeses and meat-style alternatives) My skin felt and looked so much better, it glows instead of looks dull!
